Genesis AEC executed a comprehensive capacity analysis focused on the Quality Control (QC) team and their corresponding QC lab spaces at Kite Pharma. Kite reached out due to an FDA approvals for one of their products, which predicted a significant upswing in manufacturing demand, consequently leading to an increased inflow of sample materials.

Our analysis delved deeply into the existing laboratory unit operations, staffing headcounts, work hours, equipment utilization, and laboratory efficiencies. We analyzed these data points to assess the feasibility of the existing lab areas accommodating the expected influx of sample materials. Additionally, we used the analysis to help our client to determine any potential need for  additional laboratory space.

Our recommendations from the capacity analysis served as a valuable roadmap, assisting  Kite in meeting operational requirements while ensuring that the quality and efficiency of their processes remain uncompromised.
