Bob Polsky is a Senior Process Engineer with Genesis AEC whose extensive experience spans pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and food supplement manufacturing. He manages every phase of capital projects, from initial facility design to final Electronic Taking Over Certificate (ETOP). Throughout his career, Bob has earned multiple performance awards for consistently meeting difficult contract milestones.

Bob has successfully managed the installation of $30M to $40M in cGMP equipment systems and specialized skids. He effectively coordinates large teams of contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure project success. His expertise demonstrates his mastery of sound engineering principles and modern management tools.
