Eric Bankos is a validation professional experienced navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Specializing in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV), Eric possesses a deep understanding of FDA and cGMP regulations. He ensures that facilities, R&D laboratories, and process systems meet the highest standards of safety and compliance. His technical expertise spans the entire validation lifecycle, from authoring User Requirement Specifications (URS) and project charters to the development and execution of rigorous Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols. Prioritizing Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Eric streamlines operational efficiency and audit readiness.

With a strong command of advanced technical instrumentation, Eric excels in temperature mapping and monitoring. He uses industry-leading tools such as the Kaye Validator AVS, Kaye Val Probes, and Vaisala software. His diverse skillset spans Siemens BAS hardware, Met One particle counters, and specialized sampling for compressed air, lab gases, and water systems. Eric holds certifications in OSHA 40-Hour Occupational Safety & Health, Fall Protection, and Aerial Lift Operation.
