Spatial density was a primary obstacle. The layout required fitting Grade A through D cleanrooms, gowning areas, clean storage, CGMP warehousing, and high-security process utilities into a highly compact footprint. Upper-level roof utilities and MEP systems were extremely crowded, demanding meticulous execution to prevent field conflicts.
