We provided the design, construction, and commissioning services to help our client consoidate 2,500 employees from three existing locations into their 94-acre headquarter location. Our servcies included the programming to support 580,000 SF of new workplace configurations and 90,000 SF of amenities including a cafeteria, kitchen and servery, training and conference center, high density storage, data center, auditorium, copy and mail center, fitness center, and warehousing.

This project received LEED Platinum certification.
