Ryan Mazur, Process Engineer at Genesis AEC

Ryan Mazur is a Process Engineer at Genesis AEC. In this role, he provides technical solutions for high-performance manufacturing processes in the life sciences industry. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Ryan bridges the gap between process theory and operational readiness. His career is defined by a commitment to technical excellence. Furthermore, he focuses on the advancement of complex, science-first facility design. He is also a rising authority in the pharmaceutical community and serves as the Chair of the ISPE Emerging Leaders Steering Committee. In this leadership role, he helps shape industry standards for the next generation of engineers.

Additionally, Ryan  is a primary organizer for the ISPE International Hackathon. This high-profile event tasks engineers with solving critical manufacturing bottlenecks through collaborative innovation. His technical insights have been featured in Pharmaceutical Engineering and other industry spotlights and he is also a frequent speaker on the integration of emerging technologies. Through his work at Genesis, Ryan remains at the forefront of the industry’s movement toward lifecycle innovation and sustainable engineering.
