Meryl Towarnicki has more than 35 years of experience in the profession, with the last 25+ years focused specifically in the life sciences industry, focused largely on technologically complex projects spanning the entire drug development process from R&D to commercialization. In her current role, she is responsible for the delivery of all AE design services, leveraging talent across all of our offices to deliver the highest quality service while advancing the Genesis brand. Externally, Meryl has always excelled at maintaining and building client relationships. Internally, she is equally passionate about mentoring and coaching staff, and ensuring a succession plan that pushes the firm and industry forward by preparing the next generation of architects and engineers serving our clients.
