Josh Blair has more than 25 years of professional experience leading and delivering compliant, effective CQV services. Josh’s specialties include resolving a broad range of design and installation issues for numerous types of MEP systems, central plant control, troubleshooting instrumentation control circuits and BAS control software, administering system performance testing, performing cleanroom certification, conducting installation and operational qualifications of systems, and utilizing FDA protocols in the commissioning and validation of equipment and systems. His technical experience also includes HVAC theory and control strategies, established preventative maintenance schedules for system optimization, energy management technology, retro-commissioning, failure mode analysis, systems design/engineering, and project management.
